2. Information we process
Depending on the service you use: account and character identifiers, character level and game records; Telegram or Discord user identifiers and information you send to bots or support; email provided for a payment request or receipt; order identifier, amount, currency, status and crediting records. Technical records may include IP address, browser or launcher version, connection times, device identifier linked to the launcher access key, file integrity checks and error reports.
3. Why we need it
To create and maintain accounts, operate the game, check the recipient and level of a character, process payment requests and credit COL, provide receipts and support, investigate disputes, prevent abuse and protect the service. Required fields are identified in the relevant form. Without necessary information, the requested service may be unavailable.
4. Cookies and local settings
The website stores the selected language locally. The payment form uses a secure session cookie to maintain the request and protect it against forgery. Browser settings allow you to clear stored data or block cookies; blocking essential storage may prevent a form from working.

Backup copies may remain until their replacement cycle. No online service can promise absolute security.

Contact support to request access, correction, deletion or information about processing, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. We may need to verify account ownership without asking for your password. Deletion may affect access to the game; records still needed for legal obligations or disputes may be retained. Do not send passwords, card details or recovery codes in a request.
8. Updates and minors
Material changes will be reflected in the published policy and its date. If local law requires a parent or guardian’s permission, obtain it before providing personal information or making a payment. This policy does not remove rights granted by applicable law.
